RESPA Mindfulness is developed and operated by Zansors LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how the RESPA Mindfulness iOS application handles your information.

No Personal Data Collected

Aggregate Usage Analytics

RESPA Mindfulness uses Trackless Telemetry, a privacy-first analytics service, to collect anonymous, aggregate feature usage data. This helps us understand how the app's features are used so we can improve the experience.

What is collected

Feature usage counts – anonymous counters for actions such as starting a session, applying a filter, or connecting a device. These are aggregate counts only, not individual event records.Session score ranges – aggregate counters for Match, Smoothness, and Stillness score brackets (e.g., how many sessions fell in a given percentage range). No individual session records are stored.App and device version info – the app version and build number, and the firmware and hardware version of a connected RESPA device, used to understand adoption and compatibility.Performance timing – aggregate measurements such as app launch time and algorithm processing duration, used to monitor and improve app responsiveness.Error and diagnostic counts – anonymous, aggregate counters for error conditions such as Bluetooth connection failures, firmware update errors, or audio playback issues. Error descriptions may include generic system error messages but never contain personal data.Coarse device context – platform (iOS), OS major version, device class (phone or tablet), and region (country code from system locale).

What is NOT collected

No user IDs, device IDs, or any identifiers that could link events to a specific personNo session-linking data – events cannot be correlated across time to reconstruct a user journeyNo IP addresses – IP addresses are not stored on the analytics serverNo personally identifiable information of any kindNo telemetry data is persisted on your device

How data is handled

Events are aggregated in memory by feature name and coarse device context, then flushed as aggregate countersThe analytics backend stores only counters bucketed by time period (daily or weekly) for trend analysisNo individual event records are retainedNo data is shared with or sold to third parties, advertisers, or affiliates

Compliance

Trackless Telemetry is fully compliant with GDPR, CCPA, PECR, and ePrivacy – with nothing to consent to, because no personal data is collected.

Feelings Check-In

The app offers an optional pre- and post-session feelings check-in. Your selections are displayed on the session results screen and included if you choose to share your results, but they are never transmitted to any server, stored in any database, or included in analytics. Feelings data exists only in your current session and is discarded when you leave the results screen.

Use of the RESPA Device

If you choose to connect the app with the RESPA device via Bluetooth, all communication between the device and the app occurs locally on your iPhone or iPad. No data exchanged between the app and the RESPA device is uploaded, stored, or transmitted outside your device.

No Third-Party Sharing

We do not share or sell any personal data to third parties, advertisers, analytics providers, or affiliates. The aggregate usage analytics described above contain no personal data and cannot be used to identify any individual user.

Children's Privacy

RESPA Mindfulness is suitable for users of all ages. Because no personal data is collected, the app complies with applicable privacy regulations, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
